Q: Why have I received a renewal invoice from you?

A: As per our terms & conditions your magazine subscription is automatically renewed. We will write to you before we issue the renewal invoice to advise you that your subscription is coming to an end and your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you let us know otherwise. Q: Why has my subscription been upgraded?

A: As per our terms & conditions when your magazine subscription is due for renewal your level of subscription is automatically upgraded to the next level. We will write to you before your subscription is renewed to advise you of what level your subscription will be upgraded to and give you details of the price. Queries Regarding Invoice and Payments

Q: How long do I have to pay your invoice?

A: Our payment terms are 10 days from the date of invoice

Q: How can I make payment?

A:

  • By BACS: the relevant bank account details will appear on your invoice.
    Quote your invoice number (the first 8 numbers – with no hyphen) and/or your customer number as the reference (both appear towards the top of our invoice on the right-hand-side).
  • By cheque, made payable to Forum Business Media Ltd

    the invoice number(s) being paid and your customer number (both appear towards the top of
    our invoice on the right-hand-side). Also, if you have paid by BACS please give us details of your
    reference that will appear on our bank statement.

Q: I’ve made payment, so why do I keep receiving reminder letters from you?

A: Has the payment been made on your behalf by another organisation, for example a local authority? Has a remittance advice been sent to us and does that remittance advice advise us of your reference that will appear on our bank statement? Q: I’ve received an invoice from you but I don’t remember placing this order

A: There are several ways to place an order:

Queries Regarding an Event Venue

Q: Where is my event being held?

A: The details for an event will be placed on our website www.forumbusinesstraining.co.uk at least one month before the event.

Go to www.forumbusinesstraining.co.uk, select the seminar or conference tab (determined by the title of your event) and then select your event. Click “More Information” and the venue details can be found under the Venue tab.
